Giving a thorough initial consultation, to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. She sent over photos for me to view, and we had a booking. She was able to be very flexible to fit me in around busy work/life schedule. I was very excited for my appointment, and Natalie made me feel at ease, advising what to expect and when, and how to look after myself post-procedure.
I was DELIGHTED with the results, and after the initial swelling subsided, she invited me back for a finessing appointment - again, DELIGHTED!

I had my lips done recently and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results. Natalie was incredibly gentle throughout the whole process and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Natalie is a very knowledgeable & skillful esthetician. I have had 2 rounds of Sunekos and the results have been amazing. Especially after the 2nd round. My skin is glowing dewy and youthful!

Excellent! Highly recommend Natalie, she's so lovely, super knowledgeable and with her medical background I always feel in super safe hands. What I've noticed is that she'll always advise on the side of 'less is more', never pushing for more product (like I've noticed others have and are clearly just after more money!) - I felt like she has my best interests...
