I attended an emergency appointment with my elderly mother this morning with Michael and his dental assistant Erin, they were very professional and so helpful towards my mum, putting her at ease, sorting out her denture. Also thank you Caitlin for getting mum an appointment so quickly.

Always a pleasure to go to this practice, receptionist staff are always welcoming. Marie - Claire and Emma are a dream duo, always have a good laugh and both very knowledgeable, Shoutout to Marie - Claire for doing an amazing job on my composite Bonding, Smilies all round :)

I recently had a treatment done at MullanGallagher with Dr Murray & Niamh and am thrilled with the service. Both of them were extremely professional and friendly! They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had all the information I needed. Will be recommending the practice to all friends and family.

Rang with an emergency and was seen immediately by Siobhan and Melissa.Both are so friendly and put me straight at ease. Brilliant treatment plan and appointments suited around my work. Would recommend them to anyone, just wish I had seen them sooner.

The treatment no hassle,no pain relief, x-rays.
Staff professional great timing out before the appointment time didn't take long, great advice when required can't fault, this team work, teams players, great professional Dentist.

I had to book an emergency trauma appointment and was seen by Marie Claire and nurse Emma, who were both absolutely fantastic. Marie Claire explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout! I’m really grateful, I couldn’t have asked for better care

Mullen Gallagher cannot be too highly recommended. I have just completed a long course of treatment for a partial denture, which involved many appointments, some very lengthy. Dr Ciara Gallagher made each one so much easier because she took the time to explain everything that had to be done. She did so in such careful detail I had every confidence in her professional skills and practice. In fact all the staff, nurses and receptionists included, went out of their way to deal politely and efficiently with me. We are so lucky to have such an excellent dental practice in Downpatrick. The billing was transparent and at the first appointment I was given a written estimate for the whole treatment. The estimate proved to be accurate.
