Had a great experience, all of the staff were so welcoming and lovely.
I was a bit nervous as it was my first time having Lemon Bottle fat dissolving and Botox injections, but the staff fully explained the procedure and l felt really at ease.
I will definitely be going again.

The whole procedure was comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt well looked after from start to finish. The clinic has a great atmosphere, and I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for natural results and excellent care.

Went for Russian lips paying full price (not seeing a student) Straight away i noticed the lip was not symmetrical. Was told to wait for swelling to go down as this can happen.
After 2 weeks I returned to Moon aesthetics Romford.
Lips very uneven it was noticed by a different practitioner that only one side of my lip had filler and not in the other. Lip was refilled. Went back out to reception where staff called another staff into a room obviously discussing payment 🙄 which I wasn't willing to pay again as one side of top lip had filler and was agreed there was no cost.
Again once swelling had gone lips still not symmetrical. From my personal experience I would not return again. Show less »

I had a great experience would literally recommend here to anyone .

the lady that was training who done me im sure she will succeed was very calm.

I would honestly say I think the young lady that was doing the training was so supportive and very pleasant well done .

oh and receptionist ladies so lovely too.
