Came once before for a simple eyebrow wax/shape which was fine, but came back for eyebrow lamination and tint and the results were terrible. I said I wanted a natural look and to keep them lighter but the result was shockingly dark, even knowing they will fade. I have dirty blonde hair and my eyebrows are essentially black. Came once before for a simple eyebrow wax/shape which was fine, but came back for eyebrow lamination and tint and the results were terrible. I said I wanted a natural look and to keep them lighter but the result was shockingly dark, even knowing they will fade. I have dirty blonde hair and my eyebrows are essentially black. The trimming and shape is also off, which makes it worse. When I complained, I was blown off and just told “it will fade,” which I understand, but there was no attempt to try and find a solution at all. I had to go somewhere else to try and find a fix, which helped a tiny bit but not a lot. Unfortunately I just need to walk around looking foolish for a bit. Definitely won’t be coming back. She was incredibly gentle and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment.
Every my experience I had with M&K (whether it was aesthetic treatments or lashes and brows) was so brilliant that the results exceeded all my expectations. I look refreshed and natural, not overly done. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking high-quality treatments with a focus on patient care.
