Had my first facial with Millicent recently, and it’s safe to say I’m converted for life! From the moment I stepped into her salon, the experience was incredibly professional, informative, and completely tailored to me! Millicent has a wonderful way of making you feel totally at ease and the genuine effort she puts into making the whole experience special is noticeable from beginning right through to the takeaway coffee she made me at the end which was such a lovely touch. Millicent's warm character creates an environment of trust and transparency. She makes me feel comfortable to explore options and ask questions - building a plan based off her expertise, which I feel comfortable with. Millicent's warm character creates an environment of trust and transparency. She makes me feel comfortable to explore options and ask questions - building a plan based off her expertise, which I feel comfortable with.
I have always been delighted with the results and surprised by how effective treatments are, in 'problem areas' I thought might be impossible to solve. Pigmentation from sun exposure disappeared after one session of microneedling with infusions, and small amounts of botox treatments combined with Hifu always leave my skin feeling more sculpted.

Misleading Booking, Unethical Pricing, and Unprofessional Conduct

I booked a Botox appointment at this clinic expecting professionalism and transparency. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. At no point during booking was it explained that the treatment would be a half dose ("baby Botox"), nor that I would be charged the full price for it. I only learned this on arrival, and when I questioned the fairness of the pricing, the practitioner refused to proceed with treatment.

Despite her assurance that my deposit would be refunded, once I left the clinic, she cut contact completely. No replies to messages, no refund — just silence.

Clients deserve clarity and respect, especially in the aesthetic field where trust is essential. This clinic failed on both fronts. I recommend approaching with caution if you're considering booking. Show less »
