My wife and I had couples therapy with Dr Hema Patel and she was wonderful. She really helped us both to communicate our thoughts and feelings and not only listened to our problems but offered genuinely helpful insights. I left the sessions feeling like I understand myself that much more, and I cannot recommend her enough.

We had a very positive experience. The doctor (Mr Parmar )was extremely kind, calm, and professional. He spoke very gently and nicely to my child, which made her feel comfortable and relaxed. We really appreciated his approach and care. Highly recommended.

I have seen a wonderful lady at this practice named Vee who has been doing my bloods for a while now and I must say Vee is the best medical person I have dealt with in a very long time.
After a few issues with the practice I was going to look elsewhere but the reason I keep coming back to this practice is because of Vee. She is a wonderful lady who is very down to earth and makes you feel very much at ease, Vee makes the time to explain things to you and also treats you as a person not just another patient.
So thank you Vee for making this hard time a lot easier for me.

As good as any healthcare experience I have undergone, the reception team were professional, attentive and efficient, also they were personable and engaged with me on a more than superficial level.
My consultant Mr Bhatt was again highly professional and put me at ease with his manner as it was a difficult consultation. Very good service.

He gives an important attention to details and you cannot worry about not being understood as he explains all the symptoms very well. My Consultant ENT Surgeon Mr Adnan Darr has a warm personality. Throughout the appointment he was listening to me carefully. He gives an important attention to details and you cannot worry about not being understood as he explains all the symptoms very well.

I was concerned about taking the plane and had a nasendoscopy done, which was stressful initially but it was super quick and I had no pain during and after the procedure as he was very meticulous.

In addition, he gave me a prescription that keeps me at peace to travel.

I would really recommend his services to anyone looking for a ENT Doctor. Show less »

Our 6 week old baby had his tongue tie released by Mr Amit Parmar. We decided to go privately to avoid the long NHS waiting list and we were particularly keen to have the release done by a surgeon. Our 6 week old baby had his tongue tie released by Mr Amit Parmar. We decided to go privately to avoid the long NHS waiting list and we were particularly keen to have the release done by a surgeon.

Amit carefully explained the pros and cons, listened patiently to my husband’s concerns and reassured us that he had possibly done a thousand or more releases to date.

The surgery itself was really quick- seconds actually and immediately after, our baby settled quite quickly with minimal crying. Its been a couple of days after the procedure and our baby is well and there have been zero issues following his surgery. Breastfeeding has significantly improved and we are all happy with the care we received.

I would highly recommend Mr Amit Parmar for anyone looking to have a tongue tie release for their baby. Show less »

Had my dry eyes assessment and treatment with Emma and the consultant Monday 13th October. Addressed my questions thoroughly, plus very friendly people to put you at ease. Small improvement already. Well worth the chance to have dry free eyes.

Dr Chetan Mehta Was amazing!!! Best consultant we have ever seen, professional, polite and very informative.
With a wealth of experience dealing with children, he was amazing with my daughter and put our minds at ease, explained everything in depth.
Could not recommend enough.
The clinic was clean, child friendly and all staff were very welcoming.

The service has been v good. Although a little on the pricier side for consultations at times it is worth the money. Thank you

The practice is nice and modern and the admin staff were polite, kind and helpful, both on the day and in subsequent days, when contacted on the phone.

Dr Smith was very kind and attentive - I felt listened to - and was well to give me a diagnosis and prescribe medication.

The report was sent to me the following day and was detailed and accurate.

I would certainly recommend Midland Health and Dr Smith (although I hope I won't need to!!).

We booked for my mother’s check-up and paid £85 in advance for a 15-minute appointment. When we arrived, the doctor was running 30 minutes late without the decency to inform us—completely unacceptable, especially after a long, busy workday!”
