I had a lovely couples massage with my partner. We booked very last minute on the phone, and they were lovely. The massages were amazing, we both left feeling rejuvenated.

I came in for my first Hollywood wax which was done by Feliz. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and the service was quick and not too painful. Would highly recommend. Thank you Feliz! :)

I had the most phenomenal wax here! Dido was so good- her attention to detail and technique were incredible, so thorough and painless! I was very impressed and very grateful!! The room and atmosphere was also lovely and really stress-free. I will definitely return- Thankyou so much!

Spur of the moment booking for a full body massage while visiting Brighton for work. The massage from Nikol was fantastic and definitely the best I've had. From the warm welcome she made me feel completely at ease and during the massage regularly checked with me that the pressure being applied was ok (it was perfect). Would definitely recommend, thank you.

I have been a customer for a year and have had excellent experience with Feliz. Unfortunately I was served by someone else (I believe Bardha?) today who, despite requesting to put some barrier/water/cream on my back, proceeded to vigorously shave the bare skin and caused bleeding. My skin now feels raw and painful, only a day before my laser hair removal, wh... Show more »

My skin now feels raw and painful, only a day before my laser hair removal, which means its going to burn a lot tomorrow. She didn't even offer a piece of cotton for the bleeding spot and definitely wasn't sorry. This arrogance and 'I know it best' attitude is going to cost her customers. The woman at the reception was very considerate and even offered a discount for next time which I really appreciate, but that doesn't take away the bad experience Show less »

Unfortunately the BIAB manicure I had done yesterday did not last even a day and came off completely tonight from one finger. Had the deep tissue massage with Privilege, and it was very good. Started right on time, and went the full hour, the work done on my shoulders, and knots, was amazing, she relieved a lot of pain. Thanks.

Amazing experience! I don’t think I’ve ever felt so safe and welcome in any salon!
Bardha was incredible and kind and made me feel amazing and we even had a nice chat and laugh! Definitely will recommend services to everyone I know and definitely return in future!

Privilege at Mermaid is such an amazing massage therapist. She really is brilliant. I’ve had multiple massages with her and every single one has been so great!
Privilege is incredibly skilled and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. I really couldn’t recommend Privilege more highly!

I’ve never had an issue with this salon before, however today I had a new therapist who left hot wax in my hair which I was then left with to sort out myself. I understand I was running late but I had rang to ask if I was okay to arrive at 11.15 instead of 11 in which they agreed to and so I expect to receive what I am paying for. I’ve never had an issue with this salon before, however today I had a new therapist who left hot wax in my hair which I was then left with to sort out myself. I understand I was running late but I had rang to ask if I was okay to arrive at 11.15 instead of 11 in which they agreed to and so I expect to receive what I am paying for. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows, however my upper lip was left with 50% hair still there and was not given a lot attention, however I actually prefer more attention on my upper lip rather than my brows. I would still attend, but not with this therapist who’s name I believe is Bardha. The wax is still there and due to having to run many errands I was unable to complain and ask for help from them and have had to go somewhere else to see if I needed my hair cut due to the amount of wax. I will return provided I don’t have this particular therapist again. -Joley Show less »

Absolutely cannot fault their service. My masseuse found a variety of muscle knots I've been previously unaware of and took the time to focus where was needed.

Keep doing what you're doing Mermaid Team, you're brilliant!
