I’ve never had an issue with this salon before, however today I had a new therapist who left hot wax in my hair which I was then left with to sort out myself. I understand I was running late but I had rang to ask if I was okay to arrive at 11.15 instead of 11 in which they agreed to and so I expect to receive what I am paying for. She did a wonderful job with my eyebrows, however my upper lip was left with 50% hair still there and was not given a lot attention, however I actually prefer more attention on my upper lip rather than my brows. I would still attend, but not with this therapist who’s name I believe is Bardha. The wax is still there and due to having to run many errands I was unable to complain and ask for help from them and have had to go somewhere else to see if I needed my hair cut due to the amount of wax. We went to Mermaid for a couples massage and left 2 very happy, relaxed and sleepy people. I originally had to cancel the booking, then reinstate the booking. Mermaid kindly offered me a discounted rate to rebook. We were also late to the appointment but they still retained the discount. Absolutely cannot fault their service. Absolutely cannot fault their service. My masseuse found a variety of muscle knots I've been previously unaware of and took the time to focus where was needed.

Keep doing what you're doing Mermaid Team, you're brilliant!
