I go to Mel for volume lashes and I love them every single time.

I’ve tried eyelash extensions with other lash techs in the past but I have never unkept them because they’ve felt uncomfortable or itchy but with Mel I’m almost 5 months into having lash extensions (I’ve only ever lasted one set in the past before ripping them out and giving up - I’ve never even lasted until an infill) The clinic is always so lovely and clean and she’s so nice and easy to talk to and gives great advice for any other procedures that you’re thinking about doing, and it’s genuine advice, not money making advice. I’ve asked her about certain treatments in the past that were more expensive and she’s been completely honest with recommending less expensive treatments which would benefit me more so it obvious she cares more about what her clients needs are vs earning a few extra quid, which to me speaks volumes!!. I have been to mel twice now for lip filler and both times have been amazing. She is so good at her job as she has fixed mistakes from a previous clinic. She is very knowledgeable and pays extreme attention to detail to ensure you are left with exactly what you want. I always am super happy with how they look and couldn’t recommend her enough 💕

I could not recommend Mel enough for lip fillers! She’s very professional and knowledgeable, answers all your questions, and always follows up on the healing process to make sure everything is fine. Mel is great, recently got my lips done for the first time and they look amazing! She has explained the process, answered all my questions and it made me feel much more comfortable with the procedure. I highly recommend Mel, she's always welcoming and very knowledgeable.

Mel is easily one of the best people at her job! At a consultation about lip filler, I explained how I wanted to keep my lips as natural as possible but enhance my top lip more as it was smaller than my bottom. She explained everything in extreme detail, put my fears at rest and was so enthusiastic. On the appointment day I was so nervous but she was amazing at putting me at ease, and honestly the results are incredible! My lips are still so natural and exactly what I wanted and I genuinely would not go to anyone else ever again! One of the most passionate people about her job, and so easy to get on with!
