I went to Lisa’s beauty spot for a hollywood wax and it was a relaxing and pretty much painless experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful by talking you through it and making sure you feel comfortable. Very happy with the results and will be going back in the future. 10/10

Messaged me asking if I’m still coming to my appointment but I never paid the deposit or confirmed it. Then tried to tell me I owe 50%. Quite rude messages not very professional. I won’t be paying anything as I never confirmed the appointments, I’d already found another excellent lady.

Visited Lisa’s beauty spot today and it was a really lovely experience. My first time having brow lamination and I also had them tinted and shaped by Emily, she was really lovely and professional and did an amazing job!!! I have been going to Lisa’s beauty spot for a few years now and have always found the treatments to be of very high quality. The therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly. With so many beauty salons and nail bars around I would definitely choose Lisa’s over the others. Also would highly recommend for piercings.

After years of going to Lisa’s beauty spot I am shocked that I have to give the service I received one star. If google had a minus option I’d give that but sadly they don’t. I was shocked how comfortably Lisa loves to talk badly about all of her customers whilst I was getting my hair done and how she is so painstakingly unprofessional when it comes to taking care of a clients hair! But regardless I remained loyal as a customer as it was a convenience at the time.
My last experience with Lisa was utterly disappointing and quite honestly shameful. The way I was spoken to with such disgust and anger because I dared to (politely) question the final price of a service I came for. She was so rude and unprofessional with the way she treated me, I left the shop feeling embarrassed. That’s when I decided to never go back to this place again. I’d rather spend more money on a place that isn’t run by an absolute witch and someone that actually knows how to take care of a clients hair and not leave them worse off than they started. She also tried to make out that I came early but that’s not true, I arrived on the appointment time and she constantly left the room when I was supposedly getting service. But even after I left, I received a very distasteful text message from her which I found very odd!! So to future customers; I recommend never asking questions about prices unless you want to get verbally attacked and harassed! And just know that you are most certainly being gossiped about! I went here today to have my right ear pierced for a second and third time.

As soon as I got in, staff where super friendly, offering me a cup of tea and a seat.

Lisa was wonderful. She talked me through my options, was very informative and she put my mind at ease when I was a bit nervous.

The whole place is spotless, and it was good value for money.
