I recently had PRP with Letiza Rose, and the location of her salon is perfect; it’s right next to Harrods. It was my first time getting PRP, and Letiza was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. She talks you through every step so you know exactly what’s happening. She’s also great at drawing blood, which I really appreciated because my veins can be tricky.

The procedure itself was surprisingly painless. She applied numbing cream, and I couldn’t believe how many injections she was able to get from just one blood sample. I would definitely recommend PRP for improving hair density as I can already see results. Show less »

I had the Lumi Eyes treatment done, and she explained everything clearly. For anyone who doesn’t know, it’s like a collagen-boosting injection that helps brighten and smooth the under-eye area. The numbing cream worked perfectly — I didn’t feel a thing!

She even gave me her adorable Labubus to cuddle during the process, which made it even more comforting 🐾💖. And to top it off, she surprised me with a sweet little gift after the treatment — such a thoughtful gesture that made my day!

The lovely Letizia was so kind and friendly. I wanted to make my upper lip a bit bigger, and she advised me on what would suit me best — the lip flip with Botox.
