I’m over the moon with the treatment I had here. Just delighted all round. I went to the GP and they said they could not help. The Spire hospital quoted me in the region of £1,500. This clinic took care of it for less than £200. I also don’t believe that I could have achieved a better result elsewhere in terms of how it looks. Fast, efficient, friendly. Supe... Show more »

Extremely Disappointed - Wasted Time and Travel Expenses
I made a laser hair removal appointment a week in advance for Friday 3rd May at 15:30, and I drove four hours from Horsham, West Sussex to Loughborough, only to find out upon arrival that the establishment had closed at 15:00. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did I waste my time and travel expenses, but also the opportunity for the service I had scheduled. Such a lack of communication and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable.
Ps : I ve done a session there once was a "top up "sessions and so this one was supposed to be thats why I ve choosen them but never again. Show less »
