I had the "Rest and Radiate" package with Laila at Laila Paris in Horley, and it was so lovely. As a busy mum, I hardly ever get to treat myself or take any time for me. Booked in for jingle & glow package that was on offer for £40. I had to change my appointment at short notice due to having the flu. Laila was very understanding and changed the appointment with no issues. On arrival I was greeted by Layla, Laila is very professional but there’s no chitchat. My booking was for a massage and facial an hour and 30 minute appointment. However, the appointment only lasted 1 hour and I felt like I was just having oil rubbed in and a face wash. I had the most amazing facial today completed by such a talented therapist. She’s still in training however I felt her treatment was very professional. As a therapist myself I was very impressed with the service. I have re booked for a few weeks time!

I recently had the carbon laser facial with Kayleigh and I could not recommend her highly enough! All staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. My treatment was painless and I cannot express how good my skin felt and looked a couple of days after the treatment! My skin was amazing! Had my first ever massage here. All I can say is WOW! I had a back and shoulder massage. My back and shoulders feel so much looser, and I feel a whole lot better, will be going here once a month. Fiona was great, nice and friendly, kept me informed on what she was doing and why. Can't wait to go back next week.
