Salon is clean and tidy, the booking procedure was smooth along with any queries/questions being responded to fast prior to treatment taking place.

From booking to the procedure, the process was so easy and smooth! Lauren was so genuine and such a laugh. The room that she practices in is stunning and I loved the aftercare bag - I think that is amazing with so many useful and sweet touches. I’ve never received an aftercare pack off any Aesthetic Practitioner before and this to me screamed professional and wholesome. The whole experience was just such a vibe!

I had to bring my little boy to my appointment and he was made to feel so welcome. He even asked if we can go back tomorrow for some more smarties 🤣.

Thank you so much. I’m really really chuffed and even though it was my first visit, I felt like I was visiting a friend. Lauren you should be so proud of yourself and the service you’re giving to people. Aesthetics is a self care treat for many girls and I really felt treated by you 💖 Show less »

I just wanted to pop a 5 star review, I have had 5 star 🌟 treatment from Lauren from having my teeth whitened, really good defo recommend, then Botox which I ended up with a Spok eye brow but really quickly sorted no having to wait, to my lips which hasn’t settled as quick as some but reassured and seen twice in 4 wees and still all ok I would say this is c... I had Botox with Lauren and she is absolutely lush! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and the whole experience was lovely. From the moment I was discussing my treatment with Lauren I felt at ease. Meeting was as relaxed as I thought it would be!
Even though I am a nervous patient she was reassuring and explained thoroughly before and after treatment. The shop was immaculate and clean and I won’t go anywhere else now.

Have been coming to Lauren for a little while now and have always had a great experience. Always leave feeling like I’ve had 11/10 customer experience! Always feel confident in having any treatments with her as she’s professional, explains everything fully, takes time to answer any questions I may have and is also just bloody lovely!

Lauren is THE best! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my lip filler done, I also have Botox in my masseter and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Lauren is such a lovely person she makes you feel so welcome and always has the answers to my questions

I've had my lips done by a few different aesthetic practitioners over the years, but I would highly recommend Lauren, to anyone and everyone.

A friend of mine had posted the results of an aesthetic treatment done by Lauren, which looked amazing. So I dropped her a quick message enquiring, amazingly she had 2 appointments left for the time scale I was looking for. Got booked in and paid a small deposit. Absolutely perfect.

Arriving at the salon, even though we'd never met before Lauren was just simply lovely. Friendly, reassuring, chatty just a wholesome, down to earth girl. We got the anesthetic cream applied and chatted away while it did its thing.

When it came to the actual treatment itself, well I have no words! Professional, diligent and calming are probably the best words to describe it. Lauren reassured me the whole way through and I can honestly say, I'm so happy I visited her.

The aftercare, has been just as good as the before & during service. Given a little 'goodie bag' with little bits I may need and told to contact her, at any time if I was worried about anything. Just an all around positive experience.

So long story short, I'd certainly recommend driving to Newport from Scotland to get aesthetic treatment performed by Lauren! ✨ Show less »
