I had an amazing experience with the full-body lymphatic drainage massage! From start to finish, the entire session was incredibly relaxing and revitalising. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and tailor the treatment to my specific needs. I left feeling lighter, more energised, and with a noticeable reduction in bloating. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the pressure was perfect—just the right balance to promote circulation without being uncomfortable. Didn’t listen to what I wanted. Also I would expect them as the professionals to know what suits the clients face unfortunately she didn’t know and I’m now 2 weeks from my wedding with very thin brows. We had a 2 minute conversation and that was about, it no brow mapping or anything no discussion about what would suit my face. It was my first time there. And... Show more »

Worst service ever. I first did my lashes (lash lift and tint) in spring this year and I was really happy with the results. However, after my second treatment my lashes were way too bent and I had to go and correct it abroad as I was on holiday. Worst service ever. I first did my lashes (lash lift and tint) in spring this year and I was really happy with the results. However, after my second treatment my lashes were way too bent and I had to go and correct it abroad as I was on holiday. When I came back the third time I really took my time to explain to the practitioner how I wanted my lashes to be - not too curled, rather less curly than too much (i.e. not that difficult of an instruction). Right after my treatment I noted that once again my lashes had been bent too much, which I told the practitioner about. She told me that they would straighten out over the next 24 hours, which they didn’t, they got worse. So I took time off my busy calendar to come back a third time the day after to have them corrected. Nothing changed and the lashes are kind of “bent in half” and impossible to put make up on. Since they were treated twice they have also become very brittle and I have lost so many lashes. I have tried to contact the clinic via phone call to different numbers as well as WhatsApp (where I have communicated with them earlier) for a week now and I haven’t heard back. All I want is a refund of the £85 I paid to have my lashes totally ruined. I never write reviews but this is the most unprofessional way I’ve ever been treated. If I could give 0 stars I would.
