So professional and skin test are always carried out in which some places don't but I always feel safe going here because of that so if I have have a reaction I will know before treatment is carried out ❤️

I love this salon, it feels like family, no matter what treatment I'm getting (and I get lots) I always feel comfortable with the skills and professionalism of the ladies working here. Always very well looked after and my confidence has grown so much thanks to the help and care from this salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Passive aggressive via text. I said "I've never had a patch test done for lashes but I understand its your policy, if I can get in today for a patch test il let you know x" They replied "if you want to go to a clinic that doesn't do a patch test that's fine" then they cancelled my appointment. Very hostile and unprofessional. Avoid!

I get everything done here from botox to eyelashes. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Dannielle is amazingly talented. Everyone who works in the shop are so lovely. My home away from home x

Had booked an infill and was left waiting after my appointment time had come and gone. Lash tech then text to say she’d just woken up and would be there two hours after my original appointment. Felt let down and the process was highly unprofessional from this particular person. Shame since it’s a local business but I won’t be returning.

Antonia was my stylist would recommend everyone to go.my hair was damaged and she has restored back to its healthy self,colour is amazing and cut fab. couldnt be more happier. thankyou very much to all the staff who made me feel welcome xxxx
