Things started off well with La Belle Forme, and I was hopeful about my upcoming procedure. Unfortunately, that optimism didn’t last long.
After waiting five weeks with confirmed surgery dates, I was informed just five days before the procedure that it would be cancelled due to medical concerns. These concerns had already been discussed during my initial assessment, and at no point was I advised that they could prevent the surgery from going ahead. To receive such news at the last minute was not only shocking but absolutely heartbreaking.
Despite my frustration, I accepted the situation and requested that my refund be expedited so I could explore other options. I was reassured by several members of staff—including management—that they would ensure a swift refund process. Sadly, this turned out to be yet another disappointment.
After numerous emails and phone calls involving at least four different staff members, I am still nearly £11,000 out of pocket. What I’ve received in return is not care or resolution, but silence and empty promises. The stress and anguish this has caused are immeasurable.
Would I recommend La Belle Forme? Based on my experience, absolutely not. The claim on their website that patients will receive “tailored care” feels completely disingenuous. From what I’ve seen, it’s anything but.
