Karlie was so welcoming as a new client. She went above and beyond to accommodate not only my treatments but also with my mobility issues making sure I was comfortable throughout which means a lot to me. I had my Ombré eyebrow top up and a semi permanent liner and both I’m so pleased with. They already look amazing and I’m really pleased with them looking forward to my top up appointment and then booking in for more treatments with Karlie. What an amazing find She is very professional, explained everything she was doing on each step. I even felt sleepy and relaxed during the liner being done ! Karlie was super friendly, informative and knowledgeable during my consultation session. She explained everything, answering my questions and I am looking forward to my treatment programme in due course..and hopefully great results!
Now had first treatment. The prep facial was super, as was the luxurious aftercare treatment. The micro needling was not unpleasant and although looking 'sunkissed' I didn't appear too reddened. I left with instructions and an aftercare bag, and have made my next appointment in a month's time, and I'm looking forward to it. Karlie puts you at your ease. Her methods of H and S are exemplary. Thinking about a treatment???? Do it!

Updating this review after a second session. Karlie was equally meticulous and while we agreed on the treatment being a little more intense, again I didn't find it at all bothersome. The following day, the redness had calmed and although this course of treatment offers a 'long term gain, not a quick fix ' I can definitely see an improvement in my skin. Looking forward to see how things progress as I follow Karlie's simple after care until the next visit! Show less »

Karlie immediately put me at ease and every step of the way told me what she was doing and why. Lip blush: If I had to sum up this treatment in one word, it would be WOW!! As someone who's never had anything like this one before, I was slightly skeptical and very nervous. However, from the initial consultation through to the treatment and finally the 6 week top-up, Karlie kept me informed all the way through. She talked me through every step, made me completely at ease, and made having the treatment just like having a catch up with an old pal! There was absolutely no pain whatsoever, Karlie made sure I was suitably numb throughout! I'm immensely pleased with the finished look, I just only wish I'd done it sooner. It's given me a real confidence boost, and I'll certainly be returning for a repeat treatment in 18+ months time. I really can't recommend Karlie, and this treatment, highly enough! Show less »
