I have recently had Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy FSM with Amiee at JNC, this is a very pleasant treatment and I’ve found it very relaxing and I sleep very well following FSM.
I have now had a few sessions for different issues I’ve had a problematic shoulder for a long time and found FSM has resolved my issue especially when used in combination with Amiee doing deep tissue massage, I recently had a arthritis flair up in my ankle which was extremely painful and had FSM treatment for this as well with good results, I also found it was very good for stiffness in my hips and legs after I had overdone the gym. I can certainly recommend this treatment.
I have also been having deep tissue massage Amiee and can highly recommend her she is very professional and knowledgeable, I had been going to the doctors and physiotherapist with various issues but they had never able to sort my aches and pains out, I was having shooting pain in my hip when walking and shoulder pain and neck pain so I was finding it difficult to sleep. The rest of the staff I have had the pleasure to meet Jodie, Nicky and Lorraine makes you feel very welcome and pampered and it is a very clean and relaxing and professional environment where you can switch off and recharge your batteries after a busy week whilst having the most exquisite treatments and come away feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated, well worth travelling the 30 miles for. Being a client for a couple of months now, I thought I’d give myself a much needed facial!! So the Aqua facial was the one chosen best to suit during consultation.
WOW doesn’t cover it…Nicky asked me if there were any areas I wished to work on, which were some lines deep along my jaw line. Nicky explained each part of the facial was as she went along. The amazing machine worked each stage to ultimately smooth areas. Alongside lovely creams & gentle massage, actually has given me a result more than I could’ve imagined!! It’s not a blag, am truly blown away with the huge decrease in the lines & how smooth my skin feels & looks. I’ve booked in for another to continue the work she’s started!!
