I started going to JM Clinic after a friend told me about it, and I can’t thank them enough. Jaquelyne is the owner and the skin expert, and you can feel that from the first appointment. She’s the one who does the treatments — no assistants — and she always adapts everything to what your skin actually needs.

I’ve done a mix of advanced facials and skin boosters, and the difference is huge. Clearer skin, less redness, better tone… and it lasts. No pushy sales, just proper advice and solid results.

I’ve done two treatments of microneedling with Jaquelyne and it couldn’t have been an easier process - super easy, comfortable and effective. These procedures can seem intimidating, but she makes everything so easy and comfortable. She is just a lovely, friendly and highly skilled person. Something that really stood out to me with Jacqui is that she is very honest about what you do and do not need, she genuinely cares that you look and feel your best with long term results. It’s hard to find someone in London who isn’t just trying to sell you on the next best / most expensive thing, but actually personalizes their treatment to what your current need is. I was struggling with breakouts a lot when I came to her and she knew exactly how to help.
