Jasmine’s is spa standard, they pamper you with robe, slippers, relaxation room, cleansing teas & Botanicals skincare. I don’t get to come here as often as I’d like, but every time I do, it’s a luxurious and gorgeous experience.
I’ve also had their waxing service & treatments - they are incredibly gentle & caring.

I booked the botanicals retreat for two as a treat for my friend and I. Wow!!! When we left, we felt amazing from head to toe.

We started off by getting undressed and put on a robe and slippers (these were given to us). We were given a secure locker to keep our belongings in.

We then had some quiet time in the relaxation room. This is a room with comfortable loungers in to lie on, blankets on each, comfy cushions, fresh water available, dimmed lighting, spa music and the room smells of different aromatherapy oils so it was lovely.

10/15 mins later we were called to our twin treatment room. Spotlessly clean, perfect atmosphere, dimmed lighting, spa music, the beds were warm and had plenty of blankets/sheets/covers on - all clean and soft. We were given 4 oils to smell and chose the one that we wanted.

Our therapists were Lisa and Susan. I had Lisa and she was clearly highly skilled and very competent at her job. Lisa made me feel at ease, spoke quietly to me when she needed to and her hands worked their magic. We were treated like royalty and felt truly pampered from head to toe.

Our package included a full body massage and facial. My skin was so soft afterwards and my face was glowing. I felt so relaxed. I cannot fault any part of it.

We returned to the relaxation room afterwards and enjoyed a hot cup of tea and biscuit.

This is a high end spa place - quite expensive but worth every penny. Not something I could afford often but would highly recommend for a special occasion or as a treat. We felt very lucky to have Lisa and Susan - both superb and professional. Thank you Lisa and Susan for our wonderful botanicals retreat. We will be back again! Show less »

Lara is amazing!! She makes me feel so comfortable and happy during my session. She remembers everything I’ve told her last appointment so we always have something to talk about. After great difficulty got an appointment as this place is always booked. Went for a wax and facial. What i was greeted with was an exceptional spa like experience with a relaxation room, hot drinks, pleasant atmosphere and a great treatment.
I was looked after by Laura who was not only an amazing conversationalist but also very experienced and good at her job.
I am definitely coming back.
Only regret is why didn’t i find this place out earlier.
