Absolutely amazing experience at Immaculate Makeup!

I had a dermaplane treatment yesterday, and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome. The environment is incredibly professioanl, yet still feels so inviting and cozy. They've recently refreshed the space with beautiful Christmas decorations, which really adds to the festive, comforting atmosphere.

During the treatment, I was give a blanket to keep me comfortable, which was such a thoughtful touch. The procedure itself was very relaxing, and I could immedaitely feel the difference in my skin - it's now smooth, glowing, and just looks so refreshed!

Tracey was fantastic - she explained everything clearly, both before and after the treatment. She also carefully observed how my skin responded during the procedure and gave me tailoured recommendations to maintain the results. I felt really well taken care of throughout the entire experience.

If you're thinking of booking, don't wait too long. They are super popular so appointments fill up fast. Also, I ahve to mention, the gift vouchers they offer are absoltely gorgeous - perfect for a thoughtful Christmas gift for a loved one.

This is my second experience of treatment with Lydia What a professional! ..she really aims to please and listens really carefully to what you say as well as offering expert advice . It is so relaxing as Lydia takes you through the procedure and involves you with the whole process, with detailed explanation throughout.
Lydia has done my brows for over 3 years and throughout I have always been impressed by her amazing personality and professionalism. She is a perfectionist with great artistic skills and Lydia always ensure you are happy with the results, checking if you require any changes.
Apart from explaining the procedure in great detail an After Care email is provided.
