I'm extremely upset and disappointed by the lack of empathy I received from Kelly. I paid the deposit and booked an appointment. I'm physically disabled and have to use a mobility scooter to get around St. Ives where I live. I understand that a consultation is required as this is not my first rodeo with botox. I'm extremely upset and disappointed by the lack of empathy I received from Kelly. I paid the deposit and booked an appointment. I'm physically disabled and have to use a mobility scooter to get around St. Ives where I live. I understand that a consultation is required as this is not my first rodeo with botox. However, I explained that I would have to get a return taxi to Penzance and my previous experience was treatment after the consultation. Kelly stated that I would need to attend the clinic twice on separate appointments which would be extremely inconvenient and expensive to get a taxi booked for Penzance for two return trips @ £160. I asked if we could find a solution to this ie. Have the face to face consultation and then have treatment or return the same day. Kelly then rejected my appointment with no explanation and I feel that she has behaved in a discrimatory manner towards me. Most organisations work with me and are mindful that I have limited mobility issues and due to being physically disabled find a compromise to help meet my needs. She gave no reason why she 'Rejected' my appointment and she didn't even have the curtesy to apologise to me. I don't feel like a client. I feel discarded like a piece of rubbish. In my opinion this is discrimatory practice and completely unacceptable for someone who works in the health sector to leave me in tears, feeling worthless and inequal. Show less »

After just completing the 2nd session of polynucleotides I can only say how happy I am. Amy is super approachable and professional, she makes you feel so welcome & rest assured. The treatment is fascinating and the results keep improving all the time.

I’ve been twice for treatments and have been treated so lovely each time. Kelly has also made me feel at ease and comfort throughout the treatments. The was a Botox model for a lady too who was also extremely friendly and who also made me feel at ease, thank you both so much xx

Kelly makes you feel really calm and welcomed. The setting is beautiful, clean but inviting. Kelly explains everything and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend and I will go back for further treatments.

Had one session of Lumecca with Amy and already noticed sun damage is faded, overall skin feels and looks SO glowy. The sensation is sort of like a rubber band snapping on your face but Amy was so quick it wasn’t uncomfortable for long. She’s friendly and chatty and made me feel really comfortable. Can’t wait for next session.

I had a lovely alumier dermaplaning and chemical peel treatment with kelly. She used her new skin analyser to look at my skin on a deeper level and recommended some products for me to use at home. Great treatment so much so I've booked again for next month

Kelly provided a great facial the day before my graduation. It had me glowing on the day which I was so happy about. Please don't hesitate to get facials with Kelly regardless of your skin type or acne. She did a fantastic job!
