Really appreciate the thorough review before treatment, wealth of experience was comforting also from long standing nurse care, and all round lovely service. I've had the treatment before at other places, twice, and previously the method was different but worked ok (botox for bruxism). Hidden lines experience was different again, but felt like it worked much quicker, supported by the treatment itself- first time i actually felt the needle in my jaw, clearly a good thing! Will need this treatment on an ongoing basis and will be visiting Hidden Lines from now on, very pleased, and also booked in for anti-ageing boosters, making my way down the menu list 😆 Show less »

I had a wonderful experience today at my Botox appointment. Suzanne put me at ease, listened to me and talked over the procedure thoroughly. She told me what to expect and the time line, aftercare etc. It was completely pain free which I hadn't anticipated 😂 and I left feeling really happy.
