Harriet is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She takes the time to listen to the results you want and tailors treatments to you, explaining what can be achieved, so that expectations are met. The environment is comfortable. On my first treatment, I was extremely nervous. Harriet took great care to reassure me, and the treatment itself was great. She was very gentle at all times.
When I sat up and looked at the immediate result, I couldn't believe the difference, It was amazing, and so natural!
I have since been for further treatment, and am so glad I went ahead the first time...

I was a bit apprehensive on my first visit, but Harriet’s friendly approach put me immediately at ease. She was very professional and had a comprehensive knowledge about the products I was interested in. She was able to explain the pros and cons of each treatment option in layman’s terms.
