Where do I start! Dr Ayah has completely changed my face and outlook on facial muscles, anatomy, filler, Botox, movement and so much more. From the start her transparency, guidance and constant acknowledgement to my views have been top tier. She started with learning how I best learn and can understand what she’s doing and spends time making sure I know everything she is doing. My face has never looked so good and after being dismissed and told this and that was wrong she completely understood my point of view and most of all has helped me fix it. Her knowledge, expertise, belief and abilities really shine through and are evident in her work. I’m so so so happy I found Dr Ayah and she actually listened! Every time I leave her clinic I gain so much more insight and understanding on what’s going on with my face. She’s honestly truly amazing and one of a kind in the field. If anyone is struggling with pillow face or facial movement or just questioning how their face is after filler please do not hesitate to go and see Dr Ayah. My face is so much more sculpted and lifted now the results I always wanted with filler have actually come from dissolving parts of it. She really goes above & beyond for her clients and it’s so evident. So glad I came across Dr Ayah & trusted her. So so knowledgeable, helpful & sweet. I’m beyond happy with my results and I’m maybe only halfway done. But no one can expect years of filler to be gone in one sitting. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Although Dr. Ayah presents herself as an expert in her field, my outcome suggests otherwise. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Although Dr. Ayah presents herself as an expert in her field, my outcome suggests otherwise. The results of my treatments have been distressing and have caused possibly irreversible changes to my appearance

I raised concerns after the first session but was advised to continue to see the “full results.” This only worsened the outcome, and I developed complications that were not properly addressed. When I questioned the treatment approach, I was told to seek another practitioner. Despite reporting ongoing issues, I was not offered an in person review and was advised that what I’m experiencing is normal and to “wait it out.”

After 10 weeks of waiting, I consulted another doctor, who confirmed that my reaction was not normal and my ongoing complications are a result of over treatment. Recovery may take many months, with no guarantee of full restoration, and I now face the prospect of further medical expenses to try to restore my face.

I shared this feedback with the clinic along with a number of photos showing the damage and didn’t hear anything back.

Note, in my consultation, I was shown impressive before and after photos and told they reflected results from the treatment I was sold alone. However, I later discovered that those images actually represented outcomes from multiple combined treatments, which was misleading. Show less »

I had 2 sessions of aviclear done to help my breakouts, as well as 3 sessions of exosomes for added skin hydration. I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with the pico laser pigmentation/melasma treatment at this clinic. I initially trusted them to provide a safe and professional service, but the outcome has been the complete opposite.

During the treatment, instead of seeing improvements, my skin condition worsened. I actually had scabbing on the whole of my face after my second session of the treatment. I experienced unexpected side effects, including scarring and worsening of existing pigmentation/melasma. This was as result of the incorrect lazer setting being used by the practitioner, which Dr Ayah admitted to at a face to face clinic appointment. What made matters worse was the clinic’s response: rather than taking accountability and acknowledging the treatment wasn’t suitable for my skin during the course of treatment they continued with the treatment. They were dismissive and provided little to no guidance on how to manage the complications or rectify the issue.

A treatment that was supposed to improve my skin has left me feeling regretful and anxious about long-term damage. I strongly urge anyone considering this clinic for pico laser pigmentation treatment or any other treatment to think twice and do thorough research before proceeding. They are happy to take your money and sell you a treatment promising results. When results are not delivered or your skin is worse like in my case they make excuses. Show less »
