They didn’t bother showing up to my appointment! First of all, when you turn up to the address that’s given when you book , there’s 4 buttons to buzz to get let in, none of which mention the name of the clinic. They didn’t bother showing up to my appointment!

First of all, when you turn up to the address that’s given when you book , there’s 4 buttons to buzz to get let in, none of which mention the name of the clinic. There’s no mention of what you’re supposed to press so you’re just left to guess how you’re magically going to get in.

Secondly, no one’s here for the apt I booked! I contacted via instagram, landline, AND phone number. NO ONE ANSWERING. Not only have I wasted money on trains coming here, they wasted 3hrs of my time because it took me 1hr 30 to get here in the first place!

Unprofessional, complete let down, pissed off and not impressed, is this how you treat first time customers?! Show less »

Went to the London clinic twice (lip and mid face) and both have required me to go to another salon due to them injecting filler incorrectly. The lips had migrated, and despite commenting this to the staff they said this was ‘normal’ and dissolving would cost a further £100 on top of the amount paid to actually get it in the first place which was completely... Went to the London clinic twice (lip and mid face) and both have required me to go to another salon due to them injecting filler incorrectly. The lips had migrated, and despite commenting this to the staff they said this was ‘normal’ and dissolving would cost a further £100 on top of the amount paid to actually get it in the first place which was completely wasted. Whilst getting mid face the cheek injection points actually exaggerated my nasolabial folds which has required further remedial work from another practice as I don’t trust going back. I’m not one to write negative reviews at all but want to save someone making the same mistake as myself and end up spending double rectifying it. Show less »

They really are the BEST of the best. I’ve been coming to Hannah for over 3 years now and won’t ever go anywhere else. They are the only people I will trust with my face, I’ve had Botox and lip/cheek/chin filler, but what I love is that they are the first to tell me not to get a certain treatment that I want, if they think it won’t look natural or good.
