So I’m going to give a complete unbiased review & this from someone who has been to various salons across Manchester. At first right after the salon I liked it however as soon as I got home and checked it the morning after, it’s a disaster! My hair is very brassy, the roots don’t match the rest of my hair and it’s definitely not what I asked for. Considering I paid £170 (which is a lil cheaper than other places that I was quoted) I am dissatisfied and would not be going here again. I can understand it’s not an easy process going from darker to lighter hair however it’s unfair to tell a customer you are able to do a drastic change when you can’t. There was only 1 woman main hairdresser who was working all day & although she was lovely, it did feel rushed. I’ve tried my best to like my hair but it just looks really cheap and all over the place, I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you want a professional looking blonde.
