Extremely disappointed! The treatment was not delivered as described and felt very rushed.15-20 minutes instead of 40-60 as described. The staff member appeared undertrained and even openly admitted she did not know how to use the skin analysis machine 🤯There was no pre-consultation about my skin or treatment, and no questions were asked afterward. When I raised my concerns, I was met with excuses and misinformation about my appointment. Very unprofessional experience. I have reported this matter to citizens advice. Show less »
