Graham is by far the best aesthetic practitioner I’ve ever used. I used various ones over the first 10 years of dabbling in having a little Botox and filler.

Due to being badly bullied at school, having a lazy eye that needed operated on to straighten, needed major jaw surgery at 18 to correct a bad overbite 9 hour op, 6 months with my jaws wired together.
I also was petrified of the dentist in particular as I have a rare hereditary bone disease which mainly affects my teeth and bones and I have no enamel, this meant my teeth were badly pitted stained easily and I had to have a lot of dental work done which was very traumatic.

I was recommended to Graham and I was worried because it was a dentist and knew that it’s a massive trigger for my anxiety and panic, as soon as I hear a drill or that smell I start involuntarily shaking.

I am always very nervous to because it took a lot of councillors and self help to build my confidence and self esteem and feel happy in myself so it was a big deal letting anyone do anything to my face incase it went wrong.

Graham and all the staff at Glasgow Royston Dental and Fresh faced made me feel welcome, relaxed they have always been understanding of my nerves although I am nowhere as bad now. Graham is very friendly and professional he does a full consultation, advises against things if he doesn’t think you need it or it will make a significant difference, most others will go ahead anyway and try sell you other things you do t need. He has always discussed what he would recommend and why, makes sure I am happy with the plan of action manages your expectations. I have found the Botox in particular to be very very effective it works faster than the other stuff from when it originally came out I am also very resistant to it as I carry a lot of muscle and have a fast metabolism so it breaks it down quicker and I usually need a much higher dose. All of this he took on board. I see it working within 3-5 days and it always lasts much longer than 6 months, he is the only person who has managed to achieve this.

If I have any questions or concerns I can email them and he personally has replied even though he is a very busy and in demand person.

Due to my bone disease I have veneers and a front tooth that is a crown with a long post as it just snapped off one day.

Going through my normal dentist it was going to take almost 2 weeks I wouldn’t have had a temporary one and the cost was going to be around £390 and that was an NHS dentist.

I love that they have a pay in monthly/weekly option which I signed up to so you don’t have any large bills, as everything was so effective I had built up around £600 in my account as hadn’t had a treatment in over 8 months so I private messaged Graham distraught about my front tooth as it seriously affects my mental health as it brings back all the trauma of being bullied, I also worked as a senior Manager in a large company and went out to clients around the country on a weekly basis so I couldn’t go to do face to face appointments like that, he asked me to come in the next morning before 9am he took impressions, cleaned it packed it and put a temporary fix in a week later the new one was ready made at a private lab, the quality was so much better, he got it fitted for me and believe it or not the final bill was £40 less than the NHS Bill was going to be just for the tooth alone. I was actually in tears of happiness, relief and gratitude.

Because I had the savings there too I didn’t need to be hit with a big bill at once.

On another occasion it had came out and I was going on holiday the following day and he told me to come up and squeezed me inbeteeen clients.

I trusted him and was so impressed I got him to renew both veneers either side of the front 2 as I’d had them since I was 14!! 34 years previous at that point so they were not in alignment and didn’t suit the front 2 anymore which had been redone a few times over the years. What a difference it made to my confidence. Thank you so much 🙏🏼🙏🏼 Show less »

This place is very dodgy, instead of using the product they only inject saline when you go for anti wrinkle top ups. To be honest I think they might be even using some cheap unlicenced products there, they always put a licenced product in sight for you to think that's what they use, but I doubt it, they prepare things behind your back so you actually have... This 'clinic' use the cheapest anti wrinkle products with NO results! You also end up with bruise all over your face, so you basically pay to have black and blue marks, shame on Graham - the owner of the clinic!

Hello,

What a great great service! All staff are very friendly and helpful. The two dentists I had were very professional and brilliant at their job.

I was in to get my front teeth aligned properly and I genuinely could not be happier with the results. Exactly what I hoped for!

Would highly recommend Fresh Faced Edinburgh.

Had orthodontic braces fitted by Graham. Top and bottom. Bottom set was completed in 6 months, the top set has taken a few months longer. Great job, delighted with the result and the price was considerably less than I'd been quoted at other orthodontists. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Have no problems recommending.
