This is without a doubt the best dentist in the central belt! Carla has transformed my teeth and I’ve not had to remortgage my house in the process! A previous dentist quoted me numbers that I couldn’t possibly pay and left my teeth in a bad way. Carla has went above and beyond to fix everything for me. Carla has transformed my teeth and I’ve not had to remortgage my house in the process! A previous dentist quoted me numbers that I couldn’t possibly pay and left my teeth in a bad way. Carla has went above and beyond to fix everything for me. She’s a perfectionist and I trust her completely.

I would give 0 stars if I could, Absolutely horrendous experience, the dentist completed work without asking my permission or informing me what they were going to do, she was rude and obviously having a bad day which I got the brunt of, as has been pointed out to me by numerous people what she did was assault, I made a complaint as I was shaken at the experi... I would give 0 stars if I could, Absolutely horrendous experience, the dentist completed work without asking my permission or informing me what they were going to do, she was rude and obviously having a bad day which I got the brunt of, as has been pointed out to me by numerous people what she did was assault, I made a complaint as I was shaken at the experience and wouldn’t want anybody else to have to go through, and she lied about it saying she had asked my permission, at the time she said some people don’t want to know what is happening so she made a judgement not to tell me what was going on, i personally don’t think she should make that judgement without seeking my personal wishes on how I wish to be informed. hopefully she will grow from the experience as she hasn’t long qualified but I will never return here, I have since found an amazing dentist who has rectified the issues caused and is extremely professional and understanding! I don’t know about other dentists within this practice as I only had this one person but I believe from what I hear and read the other dentists are fantastic and it was just this one. When I said in my complaint I would write a review stating I was unhappy they threatened me with legal action. I was very shook up and upset after the experience and left the surgery in tears I have since had extensive root canal treatment elsewhere and couldn’t be happier with treatment. Thankfully my new dentist has helped me build trust again and has taken the time to reassure me. Show less »
