I have just finished my second treatment programme with FBS and I'm very pleased with the results. I'm planning to have another course of treatment on my upper arms soon. Monika and her team are fabulous, they are highly professional, friendly, and very caring. During your consultation Monika takes the time to explain your options thoroughly, she is an expert, and there's no hard-sell. I’m really upset to write a bad review however I would not recommend. They carried on giving me facials despite knowing it was irritating my skin more and more and also knowing that I had a reaction to their products. I’ve spent about £1000 on facials for my skin to become even worse than when I started. I asked to stop the facials (if I didn’t request to stop they would have kept on going!!) because of my reactions and was told they’d call me to discuss further. It’s been a month now and still no call. They’ve just taken my money and completely left me in the lurch two months before my wedding. Thank you monika - really great service. Show less »

monika provides a great service in a very welcoming and caring way. As a man I was unsure about entering the clinic but I was warmly welcomed. I had many skin tags removed for an excellent fee with little pain
I highly recommend Monika and the FBS team.

The clinic provides a welcoming and professional environment, and the care is outstanding.
