Booked and paid for an appointment online, filled in the health questionnaire section. Got to my appointment to find the woman hadn't read it and didnt even know it was a thing they did! No one had actually read it! I have an underlying medical condition, diabetes well managed and well controlled. I have previously had the treatment on going for over a year every week with no issue at all which i explained! The woman made a big deal of it and said she'd never treated anyone who had diabetes before, she left to call the manager/owner and came back and said she had no idea either. She said she'd need to call her insurance the following week as this was Saturday and I'd need a medical note from my doctor to allow me to have treatment!! They suggested to rebook in a week so i could get the form and they could check with their insurance... How on earth can they have never treated anyone with diabetes? Why have a medical form if no one is going to actually read it? I declined to rebook because of the incredibly poor service and no professionalism displayed by them. I've never been made to feel like my diabetes was an issue that could stop me from being normal. They didnt offer to refund me for wasting my time either. I'd have thought a follow up email or call to apologise and say they'd actually done some research but no. Show less »

I had a course of Botox last week and while the pre-booking experience was fine, on the day of the treatment and after I was left disappointed. I waited more than half an hour being ignored by reception staff. The doctor apologized, but while I understand treatments can take longer than predicted that is why you have other staff, to reassure you while you wait.
At the moment, the treatment I had is not delivering the expected results and today I called to ask why this is happening. I had to leave a message on the answer phone, nobody came back to me, even though I tried the clinic several times afterwards. Considering how expensive treatments are, you are not offering after care and a satisfactory customer service experience. I was expecting more from a place with such glowing reviews, especially because it is almost Christmas and I should enjoy the results of my investment in beauty, not be miserable because something has potentially gone wrong and you are not picking the phone during working hours. The clinic itself is a beautiful facility and the staff are very pleasant, polite and professional. However, I am always left feeling short changed by the treatments and either rushed through ones you would like to luxuriate in or the ones you want done quickly (waxing!) taking far too long. I've had about twelve sessions now with Ellé and I have to say I'm delighted with her friendly and professional service.

The online booking system is excellent and the few times I've had to reschedule it has been really easy.

The whole clinic has a calm, friendly vibe. I would recommend in a heartbeat ❤️

My 1st visit to the clinic was very pleasant.
The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.
