The artist was professional, patient, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to design a shape that complemented my face perfectly and made sure I was happy with everything before beginning. The microblading itself was surprisingly comfortable, and I felt completely at ease throughout the whole session.

Before having my eyebrows microbladed they had little to no definition. I was fearful of undergoing a procedure and and getting brows I would be unhappy about and stuck with for months. Having received recommendations from 3 people who had their brows done by Katie, I confidently booked an appointment and I'm extremely happy that I did. I underwent microblading eyebrows, full lips and lower lid eyeliner; semi-permanent tattoo makeup. From the start Katie was (and still is) very warm, welcoming and transparent- she's excellent! I have since continued to go to Katie for my top ups annually, dispite Katie having moved her business all the way to Purley Way (which, for me is a further distant to travel) I have never even tried to find an alternative therapist closer to home because I have always been very happy with Katie and her work. I will not risk anyone else touching my face as Katie herself is excellent with such intricate work! I have always been happy with her work. I would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone who is considering getting semi-permanent make up done especially if you are nervous (as I initially was) she will take the time to go though it with you all properly and give you reassurance along the way! Katie cares about her clients and takes great pride in her work and am so happy I found her.
