In my experience, this entire situation has felt like a scam. I arrived for my treatment and was asked to sign a contract after numbing cream had already been applied to my face. That alone felt extremely unprofessional and coercive.

I paid £450 for a course of three treatments but only had one, which gave no results whatsoever and actually left me with a prolonged skin reaction. Samantha was also meant to send aftercare instructions and never did. I rang the clinic and no one got back to me.

When I raised my concerns and requested a refund for the two unused treatments, I even offered to pay £200 for the first session at the full single-treatment price, despite the negative outcome. She refused.

Instead of taking responsibility or showing any level of customer care, the communication was dismissive and unhelpful. Being denied a refund for services that were never provided feels completely unreasonable. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to use extreme caution before booking anything here.

I need to correct several inaccuracies from
Firstly, I contacted the clinic approximately 12 days after the treatment, not a month later. I waited that period specifically because I was told that healing takes time and wanted to allow an appropriate window for my skin to settle before raising concerns. Stating otherwise is simply incorrect. At the time I raised my concerns, I also explained that I was travelling abroad, which meant I was unable to attend an in-clinic review or participate in a video call. This was communicated clearly.
Secondly, I was told that aftercare instructions would be sent following the treatment. They were not. I attempted to follow up by calling the clinic and received no response. Regardless of what your call logs claim, I did not receive any aftercare guidance, which is particularly concerning.
Thirdly, while you repeatedly reference your terms and conditions, I was not asked to read any terms at all. I was simply asked to sign on an iPad after numbing cream had already been applied to my face, at which point the treatment process had effectively begun. I was not given time, space, or opportunity to review what I was signing. Being asked to sign under those circumstances felt coercive and unprofessional.
To be clear, I did not request a refund for the treatment I received. I accepted the cost of that session and even offered to pay the full standalone price of £200. My request was solely for a refund of the two unused treatments, which were never provided. I declined credit because, following my experience, I no longer felt comfortable continuing treatment at your clinic.
Characterising this as a “gesture of goodwill” ignores the reality that I was being asked to accept credit for services I no longer trusted or wished to receive.
Finally, misrepresenting timelines and implying that concerns were not raised appropriately only reinforces my original view. My experience — from the way consent was handled, to the lack of aftercare, to the refusal to refund unused treatments - left me feeling misled. The fact that incorrect statements are now being made publicly about when and how I contacted you only strengthens that impression.

I had the Ever After signature facial. I honestly can't tell you how utterly relaxing it was not to mention how amazing my skin is after it. I also slept the best nights sleep I think I have ever had after. I had a strange rough patch under my chin which has been there for years and it's completely gone. My skin is glowing but not only that it's made me feel so good emotionally after. Being menopausal finding something that does that is hard and this has been such a great treat for me. Had my first visit here recently, I was very impressed with the in-depth and knowledgeable consultation given by Sam. I was told about the various types of treatments available so I could fully consider my options. I felt comfortable asking questions, which is not always easy for me, nor did I feel pressured into booking anything. I left, feeling happy and confident that I had booked the right treatments.
