Cherelle was recommended to me by my partner’s mum (now I see why!). At my initial consultation, she really listened to my concerns and suggested a couple of options, including filler in my cheeks to soften smile lines and restore a little volume I’d lost after weight loss. I felt confident moving forward and she booked me in just a couple of days later.

From the start, Cherelle’s professionalism stood out. She took the time to let the numbing cream work properly (something I’d not experienced before) and as a result the injections were virtually painless. I do have a slight fear of needles and began feeling lightheaded/nauseous at the beginning but Cherelle quickly noticed and looked after me; she adjusted the chair, gave me some chocolate and water, and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. Small gestures like that made a huge difference and showed just how caring and attentive she is.

She also used little techniques to distract me during the injections, explained everything as she went along, and even spotted where I’d likely bruise before it happened, giving me aftercare advice straight away. Throughout the appointment, I felt very safe, at ease, and in very knowledgeable hands.

Cherelle is a life saver! Masseter - I would highly recommend to anyone who suffers with migraine:
Suffering from migraines intensely for the last 3 years, to a point that i was having one every 10-14 days. My doctors could only prescribe me medication for an attack which completely knocked me for out for at least 3 days (bed bound). Luckily a CT scan and lumber punch came back with clear results. Work, home and social life was impacted. Since receiving my first treatment i have NOT suffered with migraine. Cherelle is very skilled & knowledgeable and i cannot THANK her enough - life changing!
