Carol will always listen to my requests and offers advice explaining the process both before and during treatment. I have complete confidence in her and the results are always amazing. From the first phone call to the end of the appointment everything was perfect and I cannot stress that enough! The reception team were so helpful and answered all of my questions and helped me with everything so much. Carol who did my procedure was beyond amazing. From the consultation, to the appointment, to following up with aftercare it was an amazing experience. I cannot recommend them enough, you truly will not regret your decision. I have been to this clinic a few times and it always feels like I am going to a friend's house. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming as are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
