Ella and Esen are the most wonderful girls, I can't recommend them enough! They're so friendly, professional, and welcoming. I don't like needles, but they are so patient and make it a completely stress-free experience, providing you with a stress ball and making sure you're completely comfortable before they start the procedure. Ella and Essen are absolute sweethearts!! I cannot thank them enough. I received a lovely warm welcome and felt at ease very quickly (it was my first time having lip fillers). Essen explained each step of the procedure and what to expect and the results are amazing, I'm so pleased!
Even the mild after effects the next day were explained beforehand so were easily manageable. I came away from the clinic with clear aftercare instructions and something to help with swelling.
The clinic was beautifully decorated and well presented with a soothing ambiance and easy wheelchair access. Prices are very good.
