From walking through the door I was greeted by very friendly staff to be taken upstairs into a beautiful and clean waiting room.

I was then guided into the grand and luxury clinic room by the beautiful Emma. I was feeling a little anxious about having the Neogen treatment done but Emma was clearly very knowledgeable in regards to this treatment and she put me at complete ease.

My downtime healing was exactly how she explained it would be and my skin feels brand new. I am one happy customer and I have already booked in for other treatments to be done. Show less »

I really recommend elements as they have made me feel comfortable and reassured me in each appointment I’ve had. The staff are lovely, they are so kind and helpful! Lucy has always helped me whether that’s giving information about my current treatments or any new ones that are available. It was my first time visiting the clinic on Saturday 4th October.
Of course Natalie K is my friend however…. From walking through the doors on Saturday I was blown away by such the instant warm & welcoming feel.
The whole clinic is so relaxed, down to earth and at the same time calming to say the least.
This particular day I was told was quite chaotic for the clinic as it was a training day but never the less, the atmosphere and whole environment was just fantastic. If the clinic had been , quiet & not as relaxed as if made me feel I wouldn’t return (that’s a fact) .
Every single staff member I spoke to/ had contact with was lovely & chatted and made me & other clients I was sat with very very at ease.
Natalie K talked me through the procedure and I have to say (not just as she’s a friend) amazing .
I will be back to Elements.

The minute you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely reception staff.
Whilst waiting, there is the very comfortable waiting area, where you can get hot or cold drinks.
I was seen by Shelly, the nurse prescriber, who was very friendly and professional.
My treatment was carried out, by the absolutely lovely , extremely warm and friendly Rikki.She ialways puts you at ease and is very professional.

I’ve come to elements for roughly 20 years - and never ever been disappointed in anything I’ve had done. The girls are so professional and not pushy with any of their treatments. Our appointment was with Cheryl R who came to collect us from reception on time. Although we've seen Cheryl on numerous occasions, she still went through all aspects of the procedure.
