I really recommend elements as they have made me feel comfortable and reassured me in each appointment I’ve had. The staff are lovely, they are so kind and helpful! Lucy has always helped me whether that’s giving information about my current treatments or any new ones that are available. Absolutely amazing place, The minute you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely reception staff. Whilst waiting, there is the very comfortable waiting area, where you can get hot or cold drinks. Absolutely amazing place,
The minute you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely reception staff.
Whilst waiting, there is the very comfortable waiting area, where you can get hot or cold drinks.
I was seen by Shelly, the nurse prescriber, who was very friendly and professional.
My treatment was carried out, by the absolutely lovely , extremely warm and friendly Rikki.She ialways puts you at ease and is very professional.

I’ve come to elements for roughly 20 years - and never ever been disappointed in anything I’ve had done. The girls are so professional and not pushy with any of their treatments. Our appointment was with Cheryl R who came to collect us from reception on time. Although we've seen Cheryl on numerous occasions, she still went through all aspects of the procedure.
