I found this clinic via google and had been hesitant to have a few things done cosmetically for years. I am a self conscious person and I really hadn’t found a welcoming clinic that I felt comfortable at.
This clinic is different, from the get go the service was lovely via WhatsApp and they really made me feel at ease and accommodated me. I was seen by the lovely Doctor Thuva who always explains everything thoroughly. Even when I feel I want more done he reins me back calmly and tells me to go easy and slow. Most doctors and clinics would jump at the chance to do more and pocket more but Dr Thuva is genuine and always lays out the options. I trust him and have found a clinic I will always go back to. Easy booking process, lovely customer service. Will review again after trying their suggested treatment. Located inside “B28 therapy rooms” next to the Tesco express

Very happy with process had Mole on my face removed it was painless and healing. Clinic was lovely. Staff very polite and Friendly. I had removed on first visit only query I had is £75 payment up front I was lead to believe this would be taken of payment Waiting on reply from my Call . But still a big thank you as I have wanted this removed for a long time

Dr Thuva was really pleasant and friendly and listened to my problems about an ongoing skin issue. He thoroughly discussed the options and I opted and went ahead with the steroid injection. Although it can take a couple to 4 weeks to notice a difference, I have already seen my cyst/scar tissue shrink, so hoping it takes full affect in the next coming weeks....

I recently attended feeling slightly nervous about having a wart removed from close to my eye however I immediately felt at ease with the really polite and professional doctor. I am really delighted with the results of the cryotherapy and would totally recommend!!
