I contacted the Dr Nyla Medispa seeking pricing information for a specific, standalone treatment with downtime; one that typically costs several thousand pounds.

As I had already consulted with doctors about the procedure, booking in for another consultation was an unnecessary use of both my time, and the company's time; I just wanted some rough figures before deciding whether it was worth booking a further consultation with Dr Nyla Medispa.

Despite asking informed questions, the person who I spoke to completely ignored the questions, then refused to discuss, or disclose the range of potential pricing for the treatment. When I said that I didn't need an exact price, just a range, they said that they couldn't tell me how much, or how little it might possibly cost, not without a face to face consultation.

This lack of transparency and faux secrecy is so deeply, pointlessly unhelpful. No one who's weighing up their options for treatment providers wants this - we can see it for exactly what it is.

Ultimately, I gave my money to another clinic who have been fantastic. I've now had my treatment and booked in for further treatments there too.

EDITED TO ADD: in response to the reply, there is not a single ethical issue in the broad discussion of finance and figures. Concealing those details? That part's unethical.

Honestly it's a bloody laser treatment with known parameters - there's really no need to obfuscate. Show less »

Lee Garrett is friendly professional and highly skilled. He is totally honest and will not let you have more done than you require. Since seeing Lee I have received regular comments on how well I look and what a glowing and fresh complexion I have. I was amazed at the improvements Lee had done for me when I saw my ‘before and after’ photograph. Yet I look totally natural. Just wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding care I’ve received from Billie and Roxy. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience as physically comfortable as possible — which really matters, as some of the treatments can be quite challenging. Their attention to detail, reassurance, and professionalism make a big difference each time I visit.

While I haven’t completed my treatment plan yet so can’t speak to the final results, I can confidently say the customer care has been exceptional throughout. Billie and Roxy are both incredibly supportive and clearly experienced, and the overall atmosphere at the clinic is welcoming and professional.
I’m looking forward to seeing how things turn out, but in the meantime, I can’t praise the staff enough for how well they look after you. Show less »
