Just wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding care I’ve received from Billie and Roxy. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience as physically comfortable as possible — which really matters, as some of the treatments can be quite challenging. Their attention to detail, reassurance, and professionalism make a big difference each time I visit.

While I haven’t completed my treatment plan yet so can’t speak to the final results, I can confidently say the customer care has been exceptional throughout. Billie and Roxy are both incredibly supportive and clearly experienced, and the overall atmosphere at the clinic is welcoming and professional.
I’m looking forward to seeing how things turn out, but in the meantime, I can’t praise the staff enough for how well they look after you. Show less »

Just had amazing treatment went back for a top up on my skin tightening and I had this new soft wave treatment it was so good and not painful at all and even though results get better over time I can feel my skin tighter already i absolutely love this place been going few years staff are wonderful thank you so much you have made such a difference to my face...
