I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the services and I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding level of service I received. From the initial point of contact I was apprehensive but I continued with having some casual conversations with Louise and was always met with reassurance, friendliness and professionalism so decided to follow through and commit.
Specifically, I would like to commend Louise and Nadar and made sure all my appointments were within their rota. Louise was extremely efficient, attentive, patient and kind. Nadar I enjoyed his good humour and intellect, clearly had a good grasp on the science which appealed to my knowledge base working in a similar field. Time is always short for me and everything was efficient and direct. Thank-you. You have helped me mentally and physically. Its good to be back to my positive healthy self.
