I’ve never had any kind of treatment before and recently attended a free consultation with Joe, which actually turned into me receiving a treatment before I left, simply because I felt so comfortable and well informed! Joe listened to my concerns and the results I was after, recommending a hyaluronic acid treatment and fully explaining the product, the expected results and everything in between. After our conversation I was more than happy to go ahead and immediately after was more than thrilled with the results! So subtle but has definitely addressed the concerns we discussed, and I 100% plan to return for any treatments I might want in future! I had zero pain, bruising, swelling or side effects during or after the treatment.

For the first time ever, I had absolutely no bruising with the Botox and polynucleotides, and the results have been excellent. My lip filler appointment was also fantastic—Joe managed to balance my tricky thin top lip beautifully without overfilling, and I only had the tiniest bruising at injection points. Absolutely amazing results from day one. I've been getting botox for a few years now and usually go local to where I live in Manchester, but I have never had results this good. I got some fillers in my laugh lines under my cheeks/nose area. Joe is really kind and supportive in his approach.
