I am always nervous about anything medical including the dentist. This was my first appointment and Hadia immediately put me at ease, with warmth and empathy she found the best solutions for me as an individual. I felt valued and listened to. Rece the nurse exuded calm and professional support to Hadia and myself which added to the whole experience. Which was positive and I would highly recommend them. Mixed feelings about this practice (I pay private, not NHS) . I've been with them for roughly 1 1/2 years and had 4 appointments; the treatments I've received have been good. Mixed feelings about this practice (I pay private, not NHS) . I've been with them for roughly 1 1/2 years and had 4 appointments; the treatments I've received have been good. Communication on the work they've done and talking me through what they've found was very good so you can be assured they know what they are doing.
My issue is with time management of appointments, each appoint was 20-30minutea late.. Everytime. I raised it with the receptionist each time and asked what the hold up was, which she handled and sent a message to the dentist so no problem there. But at what point should I draw the line? I've had to pay for my appointment up front and then they leave you hanging around for another 20minutes... My times valuable as well Show less »
