Dani is awful, firstly she does NOT get back to you, she uses WhatsApp for her business but then takes about a week to reply, when she does she says she doesn’t get notifications… who doesn’t get notifications?! She’s active all the time too! It’s also such a rubbish excuse because she also avoids your insta dms, your call...

She’s active all the time too! It’s also such a rubbish excuse because she also avoids your insta dms, your calls and text messages!
Secondly, she takes your money and does not give you the services!! I paid for b12, x2 Botox and chin filler, tells me the b12 wasn’t in stock as I was on my way to her house which takes an hour! A curtesy call would have been nice or just not to leave it last minute when she clearly knew she didn’t have the products in stock!!!! - again no apology. (Also, she doesn’t even supply you with her address you have to go off Google and risk knocking not knowing if it is her house as again she avoids your messages AND calls)
All she is interested in is money grabbing and it is actually disgusting that she treats people like this.
Very rude and unprofessional too, no apology, no refund for the services I did not get! When she does eventually reply it’s more lies, excuses and she is very rude in the way she talks to you.
Please check her pages before you book in, she’s not even active anymore, I’d stay well clear from her - I wish I did!
The only reviews she has are from her friends and family, I can only imagine the amount of disappointment clients she’s had when she treats clients like this.
I am in the process of trying to get my money back and even then she lies to the bank providing a shipping tracking to my house to them. A shipping tracking?! Just another lie of hers as who gets these products sent to the client for them to administer?! Flabbergasted.
I will be taking her to small claims court. !!!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Pictures attached of her cancelling as I’m outside the house (that I had to guess as again she doesn’t even supply you with the address when asked) also attached messages proving she avoids you.
UPDATE - also found out her business was struck off a few years ago so she should not be in business now taking people’s money and not giving them the treatments! Look forward to seeing you in claims court Dani, it’s highly illegal what you are doing
