I have been a returning client at this clinic and previously had a positive experience with a Botox treatment. However, my most recent visit for a different procedure was deeply disappointing.

I consulted with a clinician to dissolve what I believed was migrated under-eye filler. I specifically asked if the issue was migrated filler or simply a loss of volume. The clinician confirmed it was filler, and we proceeded with the dissolving treatment.

Following the procedure, the results worsened. The filler remained, and a new, distinct "gap" of severe volume loss appeared directly next to it, making the original issue even more prominent.

When I contacted the clinic with my concerns and photos, they asked me to come in for a follow-up. To my dismay, the clinic staff stated that the filler was mostly gone and that the new "gap" was simply my own skin that had been revealed after the treatment. As a person in my early 30s, this explanation was not only unprofessional but also insulting. Their recommendation was to use a retinol cream and they offered no solution to rectify the damage.

It's disheartening to invest so much time, energy, and money into feeling your best, only to have a clinic's unprofessionalism lead to such a negative and upsetting experience. Please be extremely careful when choosing a provider.

Extremely disappointed with the serve provided and the staff. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and have spent thousands for services up until now I was fairly happy with my experience and the service provided. In January I spoke to one of the employees who’s arranged 12 sessions of laser hair removal at a good price and stated the manager had come to this pricing based on a promotion. That employee has since left and during my 6th session I was told by another employee this was my last sessions. The employee stated they had spoken to the manager and states she had no recollection of this and I had only paid for 6 sessions. I suggested check through messages as that’s how the pricing was agreed upon but I was told it would be too difficult to check her messages to see if there was a miss understanding and time consuming. I only agreed to pay for another 12 sessions as it was at a good price and I knew for my hair type it would have a more significant impact on my laser hair removal journey. The employer made me feel like I was not wanted there and that I was making this up. She stated that the manager may be able to contact the ex employer who arranged this and would contact me. It has since been over two month and no one has contacted me regarding this. Considering I have been going to this clinic longer than most the employees I thought I would’ve received some respect as a loyal and paying customer however, I did not and during this conversation with the one of the employees the manager was upstairs.
