Monologue enters the chat (apols). There was a moment, one of those quiet, inconveniently honest ones, when I looked in the mirror and barely recognised the person staring back. A fishfinger in a wig? Surely that’s not me?! But alas, it was. Maybe you know that feeling…

On a friend’s recommendation, I booked a consultation at CKS Aesthetics, and Chantal met me with that rare mix of honesty, warmth and straight-up professionalism. A few weeks later, the rebuild was happening. And just to make it more complicated, I was on a countdown to my wedding (I know, who in their right mind would marry a fishfinger. Chanel 4 would love to make a docu about that). Now, three treatments in, polynucleotides, the first bit of facial filler, the whole thoughtful strategy, I can actually look at my reflection without bracing myself. The changes are subtle, intentional, and somehow make me look like… me! Just the version who’s slept, who isn’t running purely on caffeine and responsibility, who hasn’t been steamrolled by work and motherhood. Uh. Cry me a river.

I genuinely recommend at the very least, a consultation. Do it for you. Also, not relevant, but Chantal’s music taste? Elite. Consider it the unexpected perk of the whole experience. Show less »

I’ve had 3 laser hair sessions so far with Katie and my whole experience has been amazing. I noticed results after the first session and now only have to shave once in between sessions and I’ve still got 3 more to go! I always feel at ease when I go and Katie will always go at a pace I feel comfortable with. I will definitely be returning to have more laser... Show more »

Katie is absolutely brilliant. I've had 2/6 laser removal hair treatments and she's been wonderful throughout the process. I've got sensitive skin and she sent over a couple of numbing creams recommendations to help with the pain. She's also been incredibly flexible and has been able to accommodate last minute changes! Highly recommend!

I was so nervous on my first visit. Chantel was amazing and took her time to explain the procedure and calm my nerves. I didn't feel rushed at all. I am so happy with the outcome.

I had such an amazing experience with Chantal at CKS Aesthetics. She’s honestly been the best – I’m so glad I found someone I trust.

I had a bad experience with lip filler years ago at a different place, and I think I’ve been a little scared to redo them ever since. At my first appointment with Chantal, I was feeling a little nervous, but she made me feel so calm and comfortable straight away. She did a video consultation before that appointment too, which really helped put my mind at ease. A few weeks ago she dissolved my old filler, and today I came in to have them refilled – this time I was actually so excited because I trust her completely.

I really love her approach – she’s all about keeping things balanced to suit your face. She talked me through everything, took her time, and her technique is so gentle and precise – I barely felt a thing. My lips already look incredible (even with the swelling!) and I can tell they’re going to heal beautifully. I feel so much more confident now, and I really appreciate how she listened to exactly what I wanted.

I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was treated by Chantal, whose knowledge and expertise were impressive. Had previously had treatment in Australia so it was unnerving to go somewhere new, but I was not disappointed! Best treatment I’ve had, she explained what I would and wouldn’t need for the result I was after, and delivered. 100% recommend her.
