I've ordered from Medihaus three times so far. Delivery was within three business days twice.
Then I requested a return under warranty due to a defect. I immediately received a free return label by email. Then there was silence – no confirmation of receipt of the return, no refund. Two weeks later, I called to inquire about the refund. A Medihaus employee confirmed receipt of the return and asked for my bank details to expedite the process. At my request, I also received the same information by email and sent my bank details. I had a bad feeling about this, as Medihaus already had my details from the payment process. Time passed, and a week and a half later, the refund still hadn't arrived. So I called again, and the employee said he would initiate the refund again; the money should now be in my account within three business days.
The third order simply didn't arrive. According to the DHL notification, it was supposed to have been delivered. I informed the Medihaus employee, who said he would initiate a search with DHL. However, he hasn't done so to this day. Although Medihaus knew no package had arrived, I received payment reminders, one even threatening late fees. Now, three and a half weeks later, I found the package behind the garbage can in a hedge. Luckily, it was still usable. I informed Medihaus and paid.
They're excellent at delivery and payment processing, but less so when it comes to returns and refunds.
