My experience at Cavendish Clinic Fitzrovia with Dr. Luca has been devastating and deeply upsetting. What should have been a straightforward liquid rhinoplasty became one of the worst experiences of my life.
Within just days, my results deteriorated. My nose shape changed drastically during the settling period, showing obvious signs of poor placement and poor technique. Instead of looking improved, my nose looked worse than before. This has left me with lots complications from having to pay more to fix it to health and shape issues. I went to Cavendish to improve my appearance, but I came out traumatized.
During my treatment, Dr. Luca repeatedly reassured me — multiple times — that if more filler was needed, I could return within two weeks at no extra charge. The receptionist also confirmed this. He said the filler syringe he will save would last two weeks, and that returning within that time would complete my treatment as part of the same plan.
However, when I returned after only one week, Dr. Luca suddenly claimed the saved filler had expired and he had to throw it (ofc at this point I have paid in full for my treatment right after my first session) Despite this, he demanded I pay full price again just to complete the treatment he had already promised. I had been reassured multiple times that I could return within two weeks at no cost, yet I was blindsided with this demand. It felt manipulative, shocking, and completely unfair.
Management at Fitzrovia was no better. I was given contradictory information, avoided repeatedly, and even given fake names by staff. Shockingly, when I escalated my concerns to the complaints team, they did not even acknowledge my formal complaint — an appalling failure for a clinic handling medical procedures.
Instead of care and professionalism, I was met with broken promises, dismissive treatment, and complete disregard for my results and wellbeing. Cavendish Clinic Fitzrovia has left me with worse results, ongoing mental distress, and no accountability. This is, without doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I strongly urge anyone considering treatment here: do not trust Cavendish Clinic Fitzrovia with your face, your health, or your money.

My nose changing shape and filler shifting? I have clear photo evidence. Dr. Luca reassuring me multiple times that I could return within two weeks at no extra charge, only for me to come back after just one week and be told I had to pay again? I have proof of this as well. These are facts, not “claims.”
Your so-called internal investigation is meaningless. Staff at Fitzrovia gave me fake names, contradictory information, and every time I called someone claimed to be “the manager.” I have call recordings that prove this. The “complaints procedure” you proudly mention? I followed it exactly, and no one ever got back to me. That is also a fact.
And now, your official reply here is no different from how Dr. Luca behaved in person — flipping the script, just like he did when I exercised my right to record my own treatment. Instead of professionalism, he threw false accusations at me to deflect responsibility. You are doing the exact same thing now, hiding behind generic words while ignoring the truth.
Pathetic. Stop trying to spin this. I am more than ready to publish every single piece of evidence I have and expose this entire scam for what it is.
