After taking part in a charity run throughout February, I have been having trouble with my back and right glute.

A friend had mentioned trying cupping treatment and I saw that Bal did this in her salon.

I went last week for a session to give it an go to try and get some, any relief and WOW the difference already the day after.

I hadn’t ran for 3 weeks and gave it a go yesterday, a week after the cupping treatment. 4 miles later and my back still feels amazing!

Shall be visiting again for another session after Easter.

Lovely salon, free parking to the front and Bal is brilliant.
