Had a procedure done AFTER which Fay told me about possible problems that could occur after, terrifying and would not have had it done had I been informed BEFORE. Procedure was very painful and I instantly had worries and concerns about the obscene aesthetics of my face after treatment so I contacted Fay, who proceeded to get annoyed with my questions and told me I should have advised her if I was an anxious patient! Then asked me to stop messaging her!
I had to reach out to another aesthetic practitioner for help, support and advise. This practitioner was shocked at the treatment I had been given by Fay and was very supportive and helpful and gave lots of advice to help me. They also advised that Fay is NOT medically trained and used a very cheap product in my face, one highly frowned upon by the industry.
My advise would be never to use this company and ONLY seek practitioners who are MEDICALLY TRAINED, not just have certificates for training. Fay will obviously dispute this because it’s her company but I am simply explaining exactly what happened to me. My face has been left permanently distorted and full of a product which is dangerous. I visited Brighton Beauty bar this week for botox and lip filler. I have previously had Profhilo and micro blading at this salon and cannot recommend this place enough! The salon is really clean, Fay is a real pro, and I love love the results! I wanted to write a review even more after reading the negative review someone left. I'm very surprised with their comments as I have visited this salon many times over the past 3 years and recommended many friends. All of whom are also very happy with Fay's service and results.
Fay is clearly experienced, highly trained, and committed to giving her clients 100%. I highly recommend.
